Black Hawk Property Management has been managing properties throughout the Tri-Cities region for over fifteen years. The management staff has over fifty years of collective experience in the management of single- and multi-family, medical, commercial, and retail properties, providing owners with skillful, knowledgeable stewards of their investment.  Our staff includes a Certified Property Manager®  (CPM®) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Our goal as property managers is to provide comprehensive services to such an extent that the property owner's only involvement is receiving income and statements each month. The management objective is to turn the property into a profitable business. Our firm charges no additional fees such as mark-up on service provided by vendors. Additionally, we extend our cost savings on building and repair materials purchased through our construction division to our property owners.

Services provided include 24-hour/7 day a week on-call management and maintenance personnel, lease administration, advertising, tenant retention, revenue enhancement, comprehensive financial reports including annual budget forecasting and capital expense projections, and much more.
